Orders & deliveries in the UK

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: We aim to dispatch your goods using Royal Mail, within 48 hours of placing your order, using First Class Recorded and Standard Parcels.

We can deliver to your home or work address, including all UK offshore islands & N.I delivery addresses.

If your order is urgent, then we can send it as a priority, using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service.

Q: How much is delivery?

A: Postage and packaging is charged for by weight and calculated at the time of check out.

We try and keep P&P costs to a minimum, so only add a small fee to cover the cost of our packaging and handling.

For all UK addresses, orders over £60.00 includes free P&P. For all orders under £60.00 the following options are available:

First Class Recorded

Royal Mail aims to deliver your goods the next working day after posting. A typical cost for one item would be £4.49. It includes proof of posting and compensation (for loss or damage) of up to £39.00. We receive an electronic delivery confirmation.

Standard Parcels

Royal Mail aims to deliver your goods 3-5 working days after posting. A typical cost for several items would be £5.41. It includes proof of posting and compensation (for loss or damage) of up to £39.00.

Special Delivery Next Day – Orders must be received by 3pm.

Royal Mail guarantees delivery of your goods by 1pm, next working day after posting. A typical cost for one item would be £7.70. It includes proof of posting, full traceability and compensation (for loss or damage of up to £500.00). A signature is required by you on delivery.

With all deliveries, we’ll acknowledge your order via automated email, (upon receipt of payment) and again when your order has been dispatched, so you know to keep an eye out for it.

Please note:
• Some UK post codes are not eligible for Standard Parcels delivery. This includes the Channel Islands (including Alderney and Herm). Please contact us to discuss suitable alternatives including Parcel2go Ltd’s courier services.

• Special Delivery Next Day will guarantee delivery by 1pm of the next working day to 99%* of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to and can take up to 3 working days.

• We cannot be held responsible for any Royal Mail postal delays outside of our control.

Q: What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

A: In the unlikely event that this may happen, please notify us via email at info@reecovid.co.uk

If the case of non-delivery, please wait 14 days from the date of your order in case it does show up.

If your goods have been damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receipt.

Q: What happens if my order is returned to you?

A: If any goods are returned to us by Royal Mail as ‘undeliverable’, we will hold it until we receive new address details from you so it arrives safely.

In this instance, we may need to charge a re-delivery fee, but we will notify you of this first.

Q: What happens if I want to cancel or return my order?

A: If you want to cancel your order, please notify us via email at info@reecovid.co.uk

If the goods have already been dispatched, you may return them within 21 days from receipt, to claim a refund. Note this excludes P&P and the returned goods must be in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition.

We recommend that you keep a receipt as proof of posting, when you return the goods, as they remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Orders & deliveries outside the UK

We’re now able to send orders overseas.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of placing your order, using Royal Mail’s International Signed For service via Surface Mail.

International Signed For™

All goods are tracked until they leave the UK, where the item is then handed over to the destination country’s postal service as a priority item. A signature is required by you on delivery.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage up to £39 compensation is included for International Signed For™ items.

Q: What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

A: In the unlikely event that this may happen, please notify us via email at info@reecovid.co.uk

If the case of non-delivery, please wait 28 working days from the date of your order in case it does show up.

Q: How much is delivery?

Q: What about VAT?

A: Customer orders sent to destinations outside the EU are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.

Please note:
VAT is not charged on these orders and is deducted at the checkout stage of ordering (after the delivery country has been specified).

Trade orders

Q: How can I become a UK trade customer?

A: We welcome enquiries from UK trade customers who would like to stock our range of reecovid stationery.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: As a UK trade customer, you first order will be done on a pro forma invoice. The minimum order is £50 net. For future orders we can set up a credit account for you (subject to approval) with 30 days payment terms.

We accept BACS or company cheques as payment. You can find our bank account details on your invoice and all cheques should be made payable to Reecovid Ltd.

Orders will remain the property of Reecovid Ltd until the invoice has been paid in full.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: For all UK deliveries, we aim to despatch your items within 48 hours of placing your order (subject to stock availability), otherwise within 21 days. If you require your order sooner, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate your request.

Q: How much is delivery?

We send all UK trade orders by Parcel2go Ltd. This is charged for by weight. We try and keep P&P costs to a minimum, so only add a small fee to cover the cost of our packaging and handling.

For UK mainland addresses, orders over £140 net, includes free P&P.
For Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands & Islands, orders over £180 net, includes free P&P.

Q: Is there any point of sale material available?
